This application automates the creation of Anki flashcard decks using CEDICT and the Deepl translation API. It is compatible with both simplified and traditional characters and employs multithreading with large texts. Texts are inputed and the application creates Anki flashcard decks with all of the unique words contained within the chosen text.
Built a self-hosted lab on a Raspberry Pi 5 that streams and records high-fidelity audio through an external DAC/ADC, runs Navidrome for on-the-fly music playback, and exposes a Samba share for household file storage.
Implemented a Goodreads-style platform backed by PostgreSQL and Python. Translated an EER model into 12 normalized tables, loaded 10 000 + book and review records, and exposed secure CRUD plus analytics procedures showcased in a departmental poster session.
